A child Shantanu, aged about 7 years had been suffering from near total loss of vision of one eye since the age of 2 years. He was examined by many leading eye specialists who had advised his parents that there was a problem with the nerve of the affected eye and that the child could never be able to see with that eye. He used to wear a spectacle of – 7.0 number and with that too he could only see some perception of light. The other eye was normal.
The child was put on the Herbal treatment with the suggestion to the parents that there was not much hope but at least there would not be any harm of giving this treatment. It could at least improve the overall health of the child who was otherwise very weak and thin.
To every one’s surprise the child gave up wearing the spectacles after about one year and could see normally with both eyes.
